đ± Our Learning Philosophy
At Toddlersâ University, we embrace a play-based learning approach, recognising that young children learn best through exploration and hands-on experiences. Our curriculum is designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning, ensuring each child develops holistically in a nurturing environment.

đ Tracking Progress and Involving Parents
Within a few weeks of starting at nursery, we assess your childâs current levels through observations and information provided by you during enrolment. This helps us plan the next steps for your childâs development effectively.
We maintain comprehensive records and regularly monitor your childâs progress. Parents are kept informed through:
Regular Updates: Including parentsâ meetings and termly assessments.
Developmental Reports: Providing insights into your childâs achievements and areas for growth.
We encourage parents to take an active role in extending their childâs learning at home. Your childâs key worker will share the next steps and suggest ways to reinforce learning outside the nursery setting.
đ€ Building Positive Relationships
Our staff are friendly, approachable, and dedicated to building positive relationships with each child. This approach helps develop self-esteem and social skills, enabling children to interact confidently within the wider community.
We respect each childâs individuality and provide opportunities for them to express their ideas, feelings, and understanding of right and wrong. Our staff set consistent boundaries, considering each child’s developmental stage, and encourage respect for others and their feelings.
